“Peaceful, private and beautiful setting. I would like to visit again in winter”

The Lotus Lakehouse is a cozy upstairs / downstairs wooden cabin. The rural setting is beautiful with the small lake and the location is also great for access to the national park. It was perfect for our family of 6. We cooked dinner there both nights, the kitchen is open to the outdoors underneath the bedrooms, and is reasonably well equipped. Lots of nice places to sit and fun things to do on the property. It was quite breezy during our stay and we struggled to cook dinner the first night as the gas hob kept blowing out. We adapted on the second night and no problems using the portable induction hob and the rice cooker

The wind howled so violently that night the tent’s canopy and walls rattled like an earthquake, making it almost impossible to sleep; I spent the whole night terrified the tent would collapse or something would crawl in. By morning I was ill. The hosts had apparently known about the noise and handed out earplugs, but they barely cut through the chaos.

The atmosphere and service at this hotel were top-notch, making for a truly enjoyable stay. I didn't encounter any issues during my visit, which was a nice change of pace.

I loved the natural surroundings and peaceful atmosphere of this hotel - it was a great place to relax. Unfortunately, I don't have any other comments to share.

“Fantastische natuurervaring aan de rand van Kao Yai NP”

I appreciated the hotel's scenic location, surrounded by greenery and birdsong, as well as the friendly staff. However, I did find the beds to be a bit too firm for my liking.
