We chose the location because of the event venue, but next time we’ll pick something closer to the city center; the area has a lot of new construction and very few options for coffee, food, or a grocery store. The breakfast selection was weak, mostly standard fuel‑pump fare, and most pastries were from thawed ingredients (pre‑baked pastries).

The location is good, the staff are helpful, correct, and friendly. The room lacked basic kitchenware, the water was cloudy—something you’d expect in a similar class of accommodation. In the bathroom there were two paper cups, which is also odd. Breakfast was acceptable but minimal, clearly a cost‑cutting measure, and overall the price‑to‑value ratio doesn’t match.

The hotel gives great value, sits just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, and the rooms stay clean and tidy. The staff are warm and attentive, and the beer at the front desk tastes wonderful. Breakfast is delicious, and free parking spots are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis; when those are full, guests can use the dedicated parking lot downstairs. A great Vietnamese restaurant and a supermarket are nearby. No improvements needed; my overall stay was excellent.

The staff are polite, the location is close to the metro, and the area is quiet with trees and interesting leisure spots. The room is clean and neat. The small table for putting things on is a drawback, and there is no wardrobe—only a peg with hangers. I’d also like brighter lighting near the mirror.
