I stayed at a gorgeous spot where the villa was just right for us, and Ideccico welcomed us warmly. It turned out to be a truly relaxing getaway, and we’re already planning a return to soak up the vibe at casa adega.

The place was quiet and a bit far from Faro, but the view over the Algarve was stunning. The accommodation wasn’t well maintained, the shower was small, hot water was inconsistent, and the kitchen was barebones. The beautiful garden was a shame to be in its natural state, and nothing was particularly polished.

The stay was perfect, with a helpful owner who gave great advice, and the location was ideally calm amid a magnificent orchard.

The area was nice and quiet, almost private, and the owner was very pleasant; service was excellent. The only downside was the lack of air‑conditioning, though two fans gave the room a nearly perfect breeze.
