The front‑desk team, especially Bintang, were incredibly kind and attentive, handling every request and question with ease. A small amount of construction was happening, but they kept it to reasonable hours.

The rooms in the new building are very comfortable and spacious, and you can snorkel right outside the hotel. The restaurant is excellent, the massage is great, and the location is ideal for various day trips—overall a very relaxed experience. The service was very friendly overall, and I’d like to thank Erna in particular! Top! The extra bed for our child cost a bit more than the price shown for a room for three, which was fine, but I suggest the hotel include that cost in the booking price to avoid confusing guests.

We had a truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel! The entire staff were super friendly, helpful, and remembered our names quickly, making us feel welcome and personally attended to. The property is beautiful and very clean; our room was tidied thoroughly every day. Breakfast and all meals were delicious with a wide variety of options, and the dining staff were incredibly courteous and attentive. All in all, a fantastic stay with excellent service, a well‑maintained facility, and very friendly staff.
