Everything was organized and clean, which was good. However, there was no hair dryer provided for winter, the pillow was too soft, and I found spiderwebs in the inner cupboard.

The place was nice and quiet. The only improvement would be to provide daily toiletries.

The location was great, the hotel felt safe, and the price matched the value. The only issue was that the shower had no water pressure this morning.

The location and the breakfast spread were solid because everything was ready to go without waiting. Unfortunately, on the one night I stayed there, the electricity went out, but an emergency light kept me from being completely dark; I still had to take a cold shower.

“We had a lovely stay and slept well. Will make use of you again in future.”

Breakfast was delicious and filling. Beds were very comfy. The lighting in our room was very dim and we would have preferred it a bit stronger especially for getting ready (doing make-up etc.) A full length mirror would have been nice instead of all the small ones. Some accessories inside the shower would have been nice to put your bodywash, shampoo and conditioner on while taking a shower as well as some hooks to hang your washcloth/sponge on. One of the beds did not have a bed lamp or carpet next to the bed while the other 2 did. My bed lamp had spider webs on the inside as well and can do with a bit of dusting. It might also be a good idea to have an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, there was only one. (just for in-case)
