The property was very welcoming, stylish, and equipped with all possible comforts. The staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. The location was excellent and the breakfast delightful. A must‑experience; I’ll definitely come back, this time for more days.

We stayed at this place for the gathering in Tor Vergata and everything was spot‑on. Before arriving, I asked if early check‑in was possible; the staff kindly explained it depended on room availability and luckily we managed to get in before the scheduled time. From the moment we walked in we felt like family. The owners are wonderful, always smiling, helpful, and truly passionate about what they do – that genuine welcome really sets the tone. The property is immaculate, meticulously maintained, visually stunning, and fully equipped with every comfort. We especially appreciated the free water, including the fresh water in the minibar – a small but thoughtful touch that shows how much they care about guests’ wellbeing. Breakfast deserves a special shout‑out: it’s abundant, varied, and top quality, with a wide range of sweet and savory options and the option to request made‑to‑order dishes. The Nutella‑crepes made on the spot were simply divine! The location is another major plus: quiet and far from the bustle, yet close to the village where we could enjoy the best local dishes. In short, a flawless stay in every respect. We’re already planning to return in October! 🤩

Sono19 anni che girando per lavoro Italia ed Europa , utilizzo un gran numero di strutture ricettive - in media un centinaio l'anno - e per scelta precisa non torno mai nello stesso hotel , B&B o appartamento. Nel caso di Ariccia Luxury House farò un'eccezione perchè un servizio eccellente è raro trovarlo , ma quando viene aggiunto il valore della grande cura verso il cliente sin nei minimi dettagli , allora si sale sul podio dei vincitori . Questa struttura e la gentilezza dei titolari sono andati oltre le aspettative e dopo tutti questi anni è raro che possa accadere. Grazie di tutto , il connubio tra servizio più che eccellente , breakfast menu , pulizia accuratissima delle camere e affabilità della proprietà ha qui il suo massimo livello. A presto!

A recently renovated small property. We stayed in the Luxury Green room with a balcony – very functional, beautiful, and fully equipped. Breakfast was rich with a great selection of local products. The owners’ courtesy and friendliness rounded out our pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
