The spot was perfect, the place was spotless, and the spa and pool were great; the extra parking was very convenient.

The location was great and there was a garage, but some spots in the car park had been reserved even though the notice said that was not allowed.

Unfortunately, for the price point there was no coffee maker or kettle in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect on the quay for boats and close to the train and bus station, great for walking. The rooms feel a bit dated, they need an upgrade, especially the mattresses.
