The place is beautiful with comfortable beds and a clean environment, but the staff were rude and unhelpful, seeming annoyed by our simple questions; when we asked if there were more eggs for breakfast she answered impolitely, and when we requested to use the printer for a single sheet she simply replied “No.” It felt like she didn’t want to serve or help us, as if we were bothering her.

The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic, but the person who greeted us seemed extremely sour, and when I asked for directions to Femhøj the answer was also sour. He even said, "DET STÅR JO PÅ BAGSIDEN AG DENNE" and then turned my room number. Both of us agreed he was not fit to welcome guests. Still, Femhøj is a wonderful place.
