I have stayed at the Super 8 in Weatherford several times. They didn’t have any available rooms this trip so I booked in Decatur. The facilities are the complete opposite. Decatur needs to be updated. The bed was not comfortable. The toilet wiggled when you sat down. The place where you hang your clothes, one side was ripped out of the wall. I won’t be staying at the Decatur location again.
Nothing good. The place has bed bugs.
The staff were friendly and the room at least had a clean scent. The bathroom, however, needs serious repairs: the toilet leaks from the bowl and water pools under the floor, the shower head is loose and the handle isn’t even attached—if someone grabs it, it could fall. That creates a water entry point under the tub, leading to mold and floor damage. The sink faucet was loose, and the bathroom door and wall were splattered with something nasty.

Nothing good. The hotel was covered in construction dust, everything was dirty. The pool was very dirty. The breakfast had nothing.

The spot was right next to all the shops and eateries, but I missed out on the pool because of the weather—maybe next time. The highway noise was a bit much, especially since I was working a night shift.
