The location is great, the room is clean, and the price is very good, though there was no safety deposit box.

The place feels like a scam – the photos showed a spotless, beautiful room, but when we checked in a male staff member was extremely rude. The room was dirty and old, the blankets and pillows were filthy and made us itch, and it was full of mosquitoes. When I asked for cotton buds the staff answered with a curt “no.” The male employee’s attitude was terrible. At 1,700,000 VND per night it was pricier than a cheap hostel, and I was so angry that I cancelled all my bookings because I was genuinely disappointed with the hotel’s false advertising and poor service.
