I liked how the staff treated us, especially the Moroccan employee named Najwa; she made us love the place even more. Breakfast was varied, staff were flexible, and the sleep was very comfortable. I had booked a room with a garden view, but I was given a ground‑floor room facing the street, which I didn’t like at all. They also say you need to book seven days in advance.

The quiet and safety are excellent; the door only opens with the card you have, which means high security. Breakfast was nice and varied, staff were respectful and helpful, and they offer free bike rentals if you want to explore the area. The parking is large and free, and the view was great. There was no air conditioning, but I didn’t need it because the area is very cold. A Moroccan national was very courteous and helpful. Everything was wonderful.
