The location was really good, but during our stay there was a multi‑hour power outage. Because the electronic locks are internet‑connected, we couldn’t access our belongings and had to wait several hours in a restaurant. I asked the operator for a price reduction; there was no response through Booking, but after a direct request the operator promised a refund, which I have been waiting for four weeks now. I can’t recommend booking there because no one could help when problems arose and the service seemed unprofessional. The accommodation itself had an air‑conditioner that didn’t cool the sleeping area at all.
