The spot is perfect, right in the heart of the Old City, so exploring is a breeze. The hotel’s interior and rooms are beautifully kept; our room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast spread was huge, tasty, and honestly the best we’ve had overall! Don’t miss the little cafeteria downstairs—they serve amazing desserts. The indoor pool was a nice bonus and very clean. Huge shoutout to Eren—he was hilarious, welcoming, and helpful. He personally escorted us to our room and gave great, useful info about the hotel and the area. Highly recommended; we’d definitely return. The only downside is there’s no lift to the indoor pool; you have to climb stairs from the ground floor, crossing the main lobby in swimwear or bathrobes, which is crowded with guests and staff—definitely not ideal.

The location was particularly good, close to the tram with direct access to the old town. The breakfast was very plentiful and varied. We especially enjoyed the entertainment in the bar and the service there. When we asked to change rooms because of nighttime construction noise, Egemen and Murat helped us. Because of the night construction on the tram line, we could barely sleep the first two nights.
