Ringkasan ulasan ini
The customer service was excellent—so friendly and attentive. I sincerely thank them; they will become my favorite hotel if I return to Antigua Guatemala. My husband was celebrating his birthday and they went above and beyond to make it feel like a home‑like celebration.
