Coastal Comfort Seaside Cabin with Spacious Garden

The shower was clogged. The first thing I did after traveling on the train was to get in the shower. I was disappointed to find that the drain was blocked with hair. It wasn’t a big deal as the rest of the place was in lovely condition, but that was a bit of a let down. It was a lovely, clean place, nice to have cups, tea and sugar available when you get in, easy to access and get in the place, lovely 5min stroll to the coast and 2min stroll to the shops/pubs/slot machines etc. Nice little garden area and nice neighborhood. Overall I had a lovely stay in your little cabin/home, thank you. The outside light on the step flickered on and off a lot but that could have been a sensor problem.

The location is close to the beach and the city centre. The check‑in system is easy and the outdoor area is nice.

It could be nicer inside with some better upkeep. Awful location down a grimy, littered and fly‑tipped dark alleyway, felt unsafe. Owner promised partial refund but had to ask to honour this.

“All in all, a cute and welcoming space, great for short stays.”

Cozy and well presented property with a really nice outdoor space for dining. Conveniently located close to town centre and main beach. The high street is literally a minutes walk away. Amenities are fully provided for, everything you need for a short stay, and hosts were on hand for any help if needed. The main door of the property is located in an unsightly alleyway where rubbish is thrown in large bins which doesn’t make for the most welcoming of entrances. Due to the ‘cabin’ nature of the property, there isn’t built‑in ventilation, leading to some mustiness/stuffiness.

“Perfect location, good price! Will book again.”

I loved how close the cabin was to the train station, the beach, cafés and the old town, yet it sits in a quiet corner of town that gives plenty of privacy. After a long day, the seating area was a great spot to unwind, and the fan kept the room cool during hotter days. The hosts provided an online guide with safety info and local tips, and they were very friendly, checking in a couple of times and letting us know when the cleaner finished so we could move in early if we wanted. Thanks a lot!
