The pool was first and perfect, then the low price for Alben, the quietness, and the park-like setting of the hotel grounds. You can order room service or pool food. The place was neglected, like a hostel or resort, with very small rooms, half-open front doors, rusted balcony railings, dirty floors, poor restaurant food, and the toilet and bath by the pool were in a tragic state of filth. There was no mid‑meal snack even though it was advertised, and the staff were inadequate except for the young bartenders.

The pool was freshly renovated and pretty nice, but the rest of the place left a lot to be desired. The restaurant and the whole hotel were filthy – the dishes weren't washed properly and the overall hygiene was awful. Food variety was limited and the quality was low, and the cleaning staff only tossed the trash out without any real tidying.

We booked two rooms for four of us, and it was a total disaster. The food was spoiled, smelling like vinegar, and on August 26 we had to rush to the emergency room for food poisoning. The rooms were filthy, they promised new rooms the next day but never delivered, and the staff were rude. We all had diarrhea and vomiting, and we want a refund.

The pool was great, but the kitchen and the base area were downright dirty. Overall, not a pleasant stay.
