The staff were very friendly, polite, and caring. The location was also okay. The room had everything needed, was clean and tidy. Wonderful! There was nothing negative.

We loved the accommodation! It’s close to the central terminal in Naples. Everything was excellent.

Everything!!! The place was newly decorated, clean, easy to access, and very close to the Central Station, which is why I booked it—it was just a few minutes' walk to catch the train to other destinations. The host was really nice, welcoming, and kept in touch to make sure I was okay and had what I needed. Very attentive. The air conditioning really helped with the heat 😀 Everything was great.

We were given accurate details about the location and check‑in conditions. The room and bathroom were tidy, and the small shared kitchen was well equipped and clean. The transport links were perfect. The WhatsApp communication surprised me because I didn’t have that app. In the bathroom, if the window is open, the vent smell is unpleasant, but you don’t feel it when the bathroom door is closed. It would have helped to have a trash bag and a small broom or dustpan in the common area. The lift was broken, and we were not informed about it, which is a big issue for older guests.

The place was very clean and neat, there was a water bottle and even some snacks, and the air‑conditioner worked well – overall everything was great. Personally, it was noisy even with the window closed, and for the last three days of my stay the lift didn’t work, which was a problem because I had a heavy suitcase.
