“Excellent souvenir !”

The hotel is superb with direct beach access. The reception is professional and warm, the staff is competent. The bedding is excellent, and so is the kitchen—thank you very much.

The location, view, and pool were great. After staying many times before, we noticed a drop in maintenance, food quality, and cleanliness—quite disappointing. We had two bookings, one for a room and one for an apartment with a terrace, and we’d chosen half‑board on one reservation but forgot to do it on the other. At check‑in we asked to correct this so we could get half‑board at the agreed rate for both stays. They said it was fine, but when we left we were charged the full rate for meals and breakfasts, a €150 surcharge per night compared to the half‑board price for three nights. It wasn’t the money that mattered so much as the principle and the failure to honor what was promised at arrival. As long‑time guests, we don’t understand this attitude. Finally, black bugs in the shower of room 2 and flies everywhere in the dining areas, with no control system, left five of us sick after the last dinner—whether from food or flies, we can’t say. At such prices, we’d expect this to be avoided.
