The host was very enthusiastic, helping with luggage and bringing anything needed; the place had a washing machine, free paper, a bright balcony, and a tidy, bright room. However, the alley was noisy, so I kept getting lost each day and couldn’t book a Grab car.

Everything was fully equipped, but the route to the upstairs apartment was a little narrow and complicated.

The owner was super responsive and friendly, always reacting quickly to any question or issue; the apartment had everything needed for a good stay. He barely spoke English, but that wasn’t a problem—he replied in our language via messages and used a translator when we met. The bed was a bit hard, but that’s normal there, and we got used to it quickly.

The apartment was well furnished, had its own laundry, excellent internet, private parking for bicycles and motorbikes, and the owner was friendly and helpful; everything was in order. The bed was a Vietnamese-style hard mattress, which I liked but might not suit everyone. The location was both good and bad: it was far from the old quarter and center, so every tourist spot required a 30‑40 minute bus ride, but for the price and amenities, it was worth it.

The room was comfortable and all the promised facilities were there; the owner was very helpful and answered every concern, even with a language barrier. The bus station was nearby, making travel easier, and groceries could be bought from the alley during the day. The room was replaced with one that wasn’t what we had booked, but the owner compensated with a free electric scooter for the duration of our stay. There was daytime noise from nearby construction as the area was under development, and initially the location was hard to find, but the owner helped us with a scooter ride to the place.
