I appreciated the privacy and quiet of the room away from the courtyard, the basic comforts, the comfy bed, and the good pillows and sheets. The only downside was that the calm was interrupted by the nearby concert hall and shops, and the train station was a 15‑minute walk away.

The shower and hot water were available anytime, the pillows were comfortable, the bedding was clean, and there was coffee and tea in the room. The walls were paper and you could hear other guests and the doors constantly. We stayed two nights, but they didn’t clean or replace the towels. There was no way to contact a person; you were left to your luck.

The first day was awful because my room wasn’t ready, the cleaning was missing, the toilet seat flushed out of the toilet, the face‑wash sink was too small, spider webs were in the room, the sockets didn’t work for charging my phone, the electric kettle was broken, the door lock was broken, and more. When I complained the staff refused to change the room, but after I insisted firmly they swapped it at midnight, ruining my first evening. I requested a refund for day one, but the management has not replied to my email.

The self‑check‑in was cool, but if you didn’t do it right you didn’t get a key or card for your room. There should be staff; you can’t rely solely on automation. I ended up leaning on the café staff, who had nothing to do with my stay. I spent 15 minutes trying to enter my reservation by surname and it didn’t work. I had to download the booking PDF to get the reservation code, and my name and surname were printed without spaces. Also, the lack of an elevator would have been ideal.
