The spot was super cool and rustic, right in the middle of Tuscany with a pool and spa. The disconnect was fantastic. The staff were very attentive and breakfast was very complete. On the downside, small issues like missing remote batteries and a broken shower tap were annoying.

The location inside and out is gorgeous. Every corner of the property is well‑kept and beautiful, and the view of the hills is stunning and relaxing. The garden park and terraces are a bonus that makes you feel privileged. Unfortunately, many advertised services are not operational: the spa isn’t working and there are no on‑site massages. The pool is neglected and would need some work; the pool shower is non‑functional and clearly out of use for a long time. Overall, I got the sense that the property needs to be taken over by a more conscious and attentive management. Finally, beware of the location because the provincial road nearby means you can hear the traffic.

The pool, the outdoors, and the room were all fine. The bathroom needs fixing, both the plumbing fixtures and the bathroom furniture. The shower near the pool was also not working.

The place is very beautiful, well‑maintained, clean, and gives a sense of relaxation. The outdoor area is well‑cared for, the pool is nice and fully equipped for sun‑bathing and relaxing. Breakfast is very good and varied, sweet and savory with excellent products. The staff, although very friendly and discreet, didn’t spend much time explaining how to use the services the B&B offers, such as the spa or breakfast hours.

The location is magnificent, right in the heart of the Chianti valley with a view of the vineyards! The guy at reception was professional and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was quite disappointing: limited selection and excessively long wait times even for a couple of cappuccinos or to restock the buffet, even though there were very few guests. I’m not sure if it was just bad luck, but the kitchen staff seemed to struggle with Italian and even English communication was not smooth. We stayed in a quadruple room with a loft that had two single beds. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the stairs to the loft are rather steep and not suitable for people who are not particularly slim or athletic. Also, you need to watch your head because the upper area has low ceilings and you can easily hit the ceiling.
