The complimentary breakfast and dinner were decent, but there were a lot of hairs under the pillow, apparently left by the previous guest, so the cleaning could be improved.

The surroundings were beautiful and the spa was a pleasant experience. The staff were super friendly too. The food was a bit less impressive, especially the breakfast which was disappointing.

The location is great, close to the bus stop, the long‑stay rooms are wonderful, the on‑sen and its water quality are superb, the price‑performance is excellent, breakfast is included both morning and evening, and the staff are friendly, though the room hangers are inconvenient to use.

The food was delicious, the view was very nice, the rooms were clean, spacious enough to relax, and the sleep quality was good. The private onsen pipe leaked a little after we called the staff to turn the water on; even after turning it off it still leaked a bit. The staff checked it, but it was nighttime and they couldn’t fix it before we checked out the next day. Still no big deal—I managed to adjust the water temperature and enjoy the onsen. I had to open the bathroom’s outdoor window for ventilation, and the bathroom felt hot because of the leaking onsen water, especially on a hot summer day, but the next day it rained and the weather cooled down.
