The night desk lady was rude and inconsiderate. We arrived at midnight, exhausted, and she made it the process 10 times worse. She said she was going to charge me more fees even though I paid online in advance, refused to get my night right which concerned me for the reservation and when I said I didn’t appreciate her being rude she said “Oh well”

Allie handled the check‑in smoothly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spotless.

The suite cost $3 more than a standard room, but it was very nice. The staff were friendly and the furnishings were mostly clean and pleasant, though the couch needs steam cleaning or replacement and a few cosmetic touch‑ups would make this newer hotel perfect.

The place was incredibly clean and homely. Even though our stay was short, we enjoyed it a lot—the bed was very comfy, the bathtub was spotless, and the curtains blocked out light well. Breakfast was also very nice, and I have no complaints.

The staff were very nice, but the room had a hole in the wall next to the shower and visible bugs. The shower contained black mold, and mildew covered all the bathroom hardware. The bed seemed broken with a huge dip, and overall the bathroom looked poorly maintained. I didn’t notice the mold until the second night when I took a bath, and the toilet didn’t work well. The hole in the wall was also a problem.
