“It was a really lovely hotel, with excellent spa facilities and beautiful gardens.”
It was charming with excellent facilities and gardens; the staff were super helpful and the restaurants/chefs handled food allergies wonderfully. We did hit a few small snags with room service, and after a 40‑hour flight from Australia those hiccups felt more annoying than they actually were.

Breakfast was amazing—what a selection—and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the offer of water when we checked out was a nice touch. Well done. Finding staff at breakfast was a bit hard, but it was busy, so it wasn’t a big deal.
