The location is great for skiing, just minutes from the chairlift. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The kitchen/dining area, as described, has two refrigerators, a microwave oven, and coffee makers, but no stove or oven. That’s fine for breakfast or a snack. The heated ski rack is a nice touch. On Friday and especially Saturday until 22:00, loud music from the neighboring club kept the noise level high. In the two‑room apartment I stayed in, one TV wasn’t smart, the other had Netflix but kept cutting out, and the Wi‑Fi was unreliable. Parking is good in front of the fence; the other three spots are on a lane inside the courtyard, so you have to coordinate with other guests to leave.
