Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The owner is very attentive, helpful and communicative. The apartment, though small, is cozy and satisfactory. The facilities are in an early stage of reconstruction and modernization, so overall it’s still not comfortable, and there are no parking spots near the hotel.

The staff member Dona Zoraide was friendly and gave us useful tourist tips. The room was clean and our special request was honored. We enjoyed the fresh juices. The avenue is a bit noisy, but since I woke up early for sightseeing it didn’t bother me much. I wish the breakfast had less salt in the dishes and the juices less sugar.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so the facilities are getting better and will improve further. Everything is of excellent quality. The hosts are fantastic! The street is quite noisy, so if you’re sensitive to sound or light you might struggle to sleep. The breakfast is also very simple, though everything is made fresh… but it’s still very basic.
