Visually the hotel was decent, the air‑conditioner worked well and the Wi‑Fi was strong, yet the experience turned out to be a nightmare: we booked two nights only to find the hotel on the ground floor of a building, not the whole structure as the photos suggested, and the room pictures on the booking site were misleading and far from the actual quality. No one helped with our luggage from the elevator to the front desk and there was no dedicated cart. The hallway smelled of dampness and cooking fumes, and the only fridge at reception was dirty inside and leaking water. The lighting was blinding with no dim options for sleeping, and the fan was extremely noisy. All the bedding had oily stains that hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the bathroom door lock was loose. The biggest issue was the pervasive lack of cleanliness and a huge cockroach infestation everywhere – in the bathroom, the room, the corridors, even on the receptionist’s notebook, as if it were normal. Around midnight I started having trouble breathing because of a strong odor; it turned out staff had placed large amounts of naphthalene balls on tables and in hidden spots, which made the air unbearable while cockroaches kept emerging, forcing me to leave despite having another night booked. It was a thoroughly unpleasant stay and I cannot recommend it.

The property is within walking distance (350 m) of Chaitanyapuri metro station, the room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, creating a peaceful atmosphere, but the toilet flush didn’t work; I reported it and the staff checked it, acknowledging the issue and attempting to fix it, yet it remained unresolved.
