I was pleased with the location and the quick response when I requested a room wash‑room. The restaurant’s ambience felt good, but the washroom door wouldn’t open, the toilets had black marks under the seat that were disgusting, and the room still had dirt behind the bed lamp.

The overall vibe of the place was nice, yet the phones in the room didn’t work, the lights were out, and some furniture was broken.

The room itself was fine, but the staff—especially Mr. Clinton who checked us in—had a very bad attitude. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone; the staff should treat customers with respect. I couldn’t even consider dining there, so we left for lunch and dinner elsewhere.

There was nothing to like; the staff were the worst, showing no care even for senior guests, and they were rude even when early check‑in was possible. The room’s condition was awful, the air‑conditioner leaked water, the bed wasn’t clean, and there were no vegetarian options.
