Located in the Ortigas Commercial District, Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria by IHG is directly connected to Robinsons Galleria Mall from the 3rd and 4th floors. This hotel features rooms with cable TV, a fitness centre, and 4 dining outlets, including Seven Corners Restaurant with international buffets and Xin Tian Di Restaurant for Chinese cuisine.

The hotel was very pleasant and comfortable, with a great location and a delicious breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of choices; the room was especially spacious, making the stay wonderfully enjoyable. The only downside was that the power outlets didn’t match my laptop and iPhone, and when I asked for an adapter, I was told none were available.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent, plus the price was very reasonable for me and my team—nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious, well‑maintained, and clean, and the breakfast spread was wide with daily menu rotations; room service was quick and tasty, laundry was folded neatly, and both the gym and pool were in good condition. The hotel’s direct access to the mall on levels 3 and 4 is very convenient, even when it rains. The bathtub sits in a corner of the bathroom with no TV screen, the power plug is only on one side of the bed, and while room service can be ordered online, confirmation must come via a hotel phone call.
