The location lets you explore all of London and is close to underground stations, yet the rooms are small and can feel tight if you bring a lot of luggage because there isn’t much storage.

The best parts were the location, the staff, and the cleanliness; the room was very small, practically impossible for two people to move around, our window faced a wall even though we were told we’d have a view, and days before we requested a higher floor we were given a second‑floor room with no view or light.
