The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The internet signal was terrible, and while there was a TV, there was no cable or channels to watch.

The room was pretty despite a few details, and the staff were excellent—very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. The WiFi kept cutting out, and the staff were unsure about my reservation; I asked for a double room but was given a matrimonial, and they didn’t know if breakfast was included.

The room was very pretty and spacious, but the breakfast lacked variety. It was Saturday and the kitchen staff were absent, and the photos of the room showed bathroom exits that weren't actually there. There was a lot of noise inside the hotel.

Nothing special to note, but the cleanliness was lacking, breakfast had limited options, and the staff seemed generally indifferent. The reception employee of Brazilian origin who worked in the mornings gave notably poor service.
