The location was great, the staff very pleasant and helpful—especially Yahyah. The breakfast was modern and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. The only downside was the lack of a beverage dispenser or a way to make coffee or tea.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the typical Moroccan breakfast was worth it. The only issue was that to get there you have to go through a series of narrow, less‑traveled alleys; we weren’t afraid because we were a group of four, but it was still a bit intimidating.

The staff were very helpful with all our requests. The location is central in the city, but it’s on a rundown alley. Also, the air‑conditioning didn’t work and the pool was unusable. The last small issue was that the windows had no glass.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Riad! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially YAHYA, and the service stayed excellent throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. I felt relaxed and well taken care of the whole time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable stay, and I would happily return. Everything was good.
