The room was spacious with a fantastic view from the window and terrace. A big plus for the service from Yousseff (1 minute Man) and Mortaz, who organized everything.

The breakfast was spotless and the staff were wonderful, even though the exterior looked terrible and I was nervous about going in, it turned out to be perfect 😍

“لا افكر بزيارته مجددا”

The place was clean and the staff helpful; I thanked Mr. Moataz for being kind and attentive. Getting to the hotel was tough because the names in the area are similar and there’s no sign outside the building. The power cut out due to a fault, and the fix took time; the elevator doesn’t reach all floors, so you must climb the stairs to the first floor with luggage and descend before the fifth floor where the hotel is, and the room isn’t like the picture on the site.

The place has a great view of the pyramids, is clean and the service was classy, especially from Youssef and the two ladies at reception; it was a lovely experience and I’ll definitely return to the same hotel if I come back to Egypt, good luck to you all

I really liked the hotel – it was honestly very clean, the food was excellent and it was completely peaceful
