I liked the riverside location and the view from the room, but it was a shame that this advantage wasn’t fully utilized. The staff were very friendly, nothing to criticize. The bathroom was disappointing: dirty, the bedding was messy, the shower had a bad leak and we had water up to the ankles. The breakfast had low‑quality items that didn’t honor a four‑star hotel. Management should invest more in refurbishing the hotel, otherwise it’s a shame.

The hotel offers a superb view of the Danube and the port area. The rooms are extremely spacious and tastefully furnished. The hotel’s facilities are many, and the luxury feels like home. The parking is too small for the hotel’s capacity and is charged.

The spot is spot on – you can stroll to nearby restaurants or along the Danube waterfront. The beds were comfy, the AC worked, and the room was clean enough. I didn’t have breakfast, just coffee, but it seemed fine from what I saw. The room cleaning could be more thorough, and the shower cabin was shaky – it felt like you could fall out of it.

The location is good, the place is clean, and it’s not super modern but that’s fine for me. The surroundings could use better upkeep.
