The room was fine, and the service was okay, but I stayed in a downstairs room while the upstairs rooms were noisy with furniture moving, cans dropping, and people walking all night. I reported it to the front office, but they did nothing about it. The next room was even more annoying with all kinds of noise, and the staff didn’t offer to give me another room.
