The location was great, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking.

It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I thought some things could have been updated.

The beds were comfortable. The shower head was literally held on with zip ties, there were holes in the shower wall (I think there used to be a seat at one time?). There was no hot breakfast, only waffles. The only options were cereal, toast/bagels, and yogurt. The microwave had burritos, coffee, oj, and apple juice. The sofa had stains.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, yet I seriously wondered when the property was last cleaned. Hallway floors were filthy, elevator tiles had dried splatter marks, and drip lines appeared on the walls of our room. The worst part was a German roach crawling across me while I slept with my infant.
