The room was spacious, the location quiet, it was clean, and the breakfast was sufficient for American standards. We would stay again. Everything was fine.

The staff were great and the room was huge and nice, with plenty of coffee and free breakfast. The breakfast itself wasn’t great: no bananas, no hard‑boiled eggs, no cream cheese, no bagels—just powdered eggs, which wasn’t bad but was the only thing I wanted to eat. I understand it’s free, but a Best Western usually does a bit better than this.

The location had easy access. I talked to on‑site staff about early check‑in and they said the earliest without extra cost was 3 PM. We said we’d arrive at 3 PM, but when we got there at 3:10 the room wasn’t ready; they told me it would take another 40 minutes. After I expressed my displeasure—especially since we’d spoken on the phone—they reluctantly moved us to another room.

The location was great, and the view of the pine trees was lovely. The two beds were very small for a quadruple room—probably 120 cm each—so four people couldn’t sleep properly. Otherwise the room was large, clean, and had a nice balcony that was much appreciated.
