I loved that the only woman on duty was caring, sweet, and helped us check in, and the breakfast was delicious. I didn't like that the pool was closed because it hadn't been cleaned; if you advertise a pool and charge full price, you should be able to use it.

The service was excellent, breakfast arrived on time and was plentiful. Overall, the experience was fantastic! The pool, however, was not operational and needs cleaning.

The gym was decent, but we booked for 5 people and only received a room for 4. They wouldn’t add an extra bed or give us a second room to make up for the mistake, so my son had to sleep on the floor. The pool was completely green with algae and unusable. This was the worst Hilton we’ve stayed at.

The place was nice and clean. The older black female staff member was not pleasant, whereas the younger Hispanic female staff were always friendly. We’ve stayed here four times, and the black woman just isn’t very nice.
