The location was great, parking was the only issue but we managed to park in front of the unit twice; parking was tight with other cars already there.

The location was good. The shower(s) were awesome until one wasn’t. The towels were soft, the beds comfortable. The parking is a bit tight—that might be an understatement. My real issue was PLUMBLING. Let me preface this by saying the staff was GREAT. After a long, hot day, I unpacked and showered, eager to relax in the large, comfy bed. The shower was so great I couldn’t believe it… then the drain stopped working. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush. On‑site maintenance couldn’t fix it. They moved me to another room. The new room was too big for me, the beds were smaller. Repacking after just unpacking was really frustrating. That whole incident was a big deal. It seems rooms should be “tested” before guests arrive. I was *very* disappointed. Again, the staff was GREAT and did the best they could, but some compensation is due—maybe a discount, a comped room, or a refund for the first night would be appreciated. Thank you.

Very comfortable, all the essentials! Hot water was hard to come by when others were using it, and I wasn’t sure where to leave trash like a dumpster.

The fridge was huge with a solid freezer, so we cooked breakfast and dinner right there. The air fryer was spotless, but the skillets could have been better. Plates and utensils were enough, and the town grocery was pricey and tiny. The spot to Yellowstone is perfect, and the décor is cute. Parallel parking right at the door makes loading a breeze. The bed was comfy, and they left books, a candy dish, dish soap, a sponge, and a big TV for us.

This was nearly the best place we stayed at on our 13‑day trip through Montana/Wyoming. We booked it extremely last minute after our original 6‑month‑in‑advance booking was canceled elsewhere because of an expired credit card—an error on our part that missed the email, but that’s beside the point. THIS PLACE IS A GEM. Don’t be put off by the outside as others have mentioned. It was exactly what my partner and I wanted—a place where we could cook our own meals while traveling without paying to rent an entire home. The space was tight but incredibly comfortable and perfect for our needs after hiking and exploring Yellowstone all day. It’s very close to Yellowstone NP and many stores, and we were glad it wasn’t in the dead center of town like many other hotels (including our original booking, lol). The water pressure was amazing. We triggered the smoke alarm once but could reset it and air out the room instantly. There were an obscene amount of lighting choices, which we LOVED; nothing is worse than having only one obnoxious light to choose from, lol. A shelf inside the shower would be nice. Otherwise no complaints.
