The location is great, but the room was dirty, with a white duvet stained and black edges from dirt, dust and hair in the wardrobe, not to mention the floors and everything else—pictures speak for themselves. It's a real shame they don't pay attention to this place because the setting is in a pleasant residential area.

The metro station is a 9‑minute walk away, the area is quiet and safe, supermarkets and fast‑food spots are nearby, self check‑in/out is available, and the building has an elevator. Unfortunately, the photos posted are from when the company first opened, because nothing has been maintained or repaired since. The location is actually a classic Italian apartment, and each room has been converted into a bedroom with a private bathroom. Thus you may not have a window in the bathroom, the fan doesn’t work, it smells strongly of mold, the shower hose was broken, and the silicone seal around the corners was black with mold. The mattress and pillows are old, lack support, the curtain rod was actually removed from its brackets and the screws were in the wall. The balcony door creaks loudly throughout the entire floor, the doors are thin and you can hear someone snoring in the adjacent room. The bed linen and towels were washed but smelled bad, the sockets were detached, and the kettle and mug had not been washed for a long time. On arrival, the bathroom had no garbage, there was dust on the floor, and they only offered two tiny soaps and two shower gels for the whole 4‑day stay. I stayed there because I couldn’t find anything convenient in such a short time, but I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone and I would never return.

il balcone. scarsa pulizia della camera, bagno tutto; usciva acqua dalle tuberie ed allagava il bagno ad ogni doccia. in balcone c’era un tavolino con una sedia completamente rotta, quindi era impossibile sedersi
