The place was very clean, and the owner was super friendly. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location was a bit remote from the city, but we stayed one night and then moved on, finding a nice restaurant in the area.

A new and amazing family boutique hotel! Spotlessly clean, well designed, and a fresh, varied, tasty breakfast with exceptional service from the host. The hotel is a few kilometers north of Batumi in a local residential neighborhood, which doesn’t disturb the stay at all. It’s a 10‑minute walk to the sea and a 10‑minute drive to Batumi for just a few extra dollars via BOLT, highly recommended, 10/10 for value. The internet in the rooms was very slow, but the dining area had good internet.
