“Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Tönning!”

The hotel is truly beautiful, especially if you’re looking for peace. The room was a bit small, yet it had everything we needed, and the beds were fantastic! The view of the Eider, Tönning, and SPO was lovely. I also want to highlight the hotel crew—always friendly and our requests were always met! The restaurant was absolutely recommended, with food and accompanying wines that were perfect. The only downside was that the hotel felt very warm overall.

“Können wir empfehlen”

The quiet location right on the river, pleasant walking paths away from the house, and the ability to walk into the center made it ideal for a vacation. Breakfast was very good, so it was perfect for a holiday. The only issue was that the portions at dinner were a bit small.

“Unbedingt zu empfehlen”

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and cozy, and there was a good selection of free tea for guests to drink in the room. However, small items were missing—for dinner we would have liked inexpensive, filling options such as the fish sandwich from the kiosk, a sausage with side, or a baked potato. The only thing in that direction was the tasty burger.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was fine and varied, the location was good, and the surroundings were very dog‑friendly. The outdoor pool was directly across from the hotel. The only problem was that there was not enough space for clothes during a longer stay and no cloakroom. The restaurant was too expensive for the value, but there were many alternatives.
