The staff were fine, but everything was terrible—no toilet brush, and the place never even opens to the sea.

The rooms were tidy and the hotel’s spot is perfect, with no bathroom exhaust. However, there were no free water bottles, the reception card machine broke, and we were forced to pay extra at MRP for water if we wanted to buy them.

The vibe inside and around the hotel was magnificent, making the whole experience wonderful.

The location is good for the intercity bus stop and right on the beach, and the grounds could be nicer; the A/C worked fine and there’s a great restaurant next door. But the toilet bowl was dirty, and after I complained the staff spent 30 minutes cleaning the whole bathroom before I could lock the door again. I also had to ask for toilet paper because none was available. A fridge that was turned off was filthy inside, and most of the bathroom grout was covered in mold—cleanliness is lacking right now, though it might improve when the tourist season kicks in.
