The place was spotless and located in a nice part of town; even though we were near the road, the traffic noise was almost nonexistent, making it very quiet.

The pool was still under construction and that wasn’t mentioned when I booked, which was disappointing because I had chosen the hotel specifically for its pool; my kids were let down and I felt very disappointed.

The room was roomy and well arranged, the air conditioning performed excellently so we slept soundly, and there were plenty of amenities with solid doors that kept out neighbor noise. The staff handled customer service well, but the housekeeping left a lot to be desired: when I first pulled back the sheets, a long hair was visible and the sheets were wrinkled, clearly used from the previous guest. I reported it to the front desk, who sent a fresh set, yet after 10pm when I removed the dirty sheets and the fitted sheet, a dead bee was found on the mattress cover, which was very unpleasant. At checkout the staff offered a discount for the poor housekeeping, which we appreciated. Overall, the hotel was decent, but I’m uncertain about returning due to the low housekeeping standards.

The front desk was helpful, changing my room when the original was dirty and giving free bottled water and tea as compensation. Still, the rooms were filthy with feathers, dust, and crumbs everywhere, and the sheets had hairs of various lengths and colors. Thin windows let in highway noise and police sirens nightly, and the walls were so thin that a phone ringing in another room could be heard nonstop, even when unanswered. The property felt run-down and poorly managed, especially for a Hyatt priced over 350 USD per night, offering very poor value.
