The breakfast was lovely and the room comfortable, and the location is great for shopping at Terminal 21, but the pool was closed for renovation.

The place was pretty clean and beautiful, but the pool was shut down, and the breakfast was ordinary.

Nothing much was closed; the information that the pool was under renovation or no longer available was hidden and disappointing, so I will never book again with Fortune Hotels.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, I received a room upgrade, the dinner at the restaurant was great, and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
