I liked the breakfast a lot and the finca is pretty. I didn’t like that the room didn’t have hot air and it was very cold; we told them it wasn’t working and they did nothing, saying they couldn’t fix it until Monday, which sounded like the usual excuse people give when you’re about to leave. Also the room had spiders and cobwebs, so the cleaning wasn’t great. The staff were mixed: the daughter was nice, but the mother was grumpy even if you came a bit early for lunch or dinner; it wasn’t very pleasant. In my town they’d call that a bit or very cranky. At least the place is pretty, otherwise no one would go.
