It feels like a nice cosy Kiwi family run place. It is quite close to town centre and is situated in a quiet leafy suburb which is great. The amenities were all there as advertised and the floor space was good for our family. Beds were also nice and comfortable. There are plenty of outdoor areas for kids to run around and play which was a good bonus. There were no air conditioners in the apartment we stayed in. We requested fans and were provided with two which was great but Cromwell does get really hot in the long summer evenings so beware of that. Would be excellent in winters to stay here
