“Сделайте химчистку всей гостиницы.”

The only thing I liked was the location, but the corridor and rooms were very dirty. I also forgot my power bank, and when I reported it I got no reply; later I called and was told it wasn’t in the room. I’ll never stay there again.

“My family did not enjoy the stay”

The rooms had stained walls and were not cleaned, which was not good.

I liked that my family and I were on the same floor except for one person. I was disappointed with the hotel’s condition—it looked very old and in need of upkeep. During a rainstorm, a large puddle of water was right inside the entrance, giving a bad first impression. The carpet throughout the hotel was worn and dated, and the curtains in my room were torn. The bathroom sink area had visible stains, and hair from previous guests was left behind, raising concerns about cleanliness. The mattress had noticeable stains too, making the whole experience feel unsanitary and poorly maintained. The property’s condition and cleanliness fell short of my expectations.

The staff were helpful, but the rooms weren’t very clean.

“Won’t stay again.”

The spot was great and easy to get to, but the bathroom was full of mold and it really triggered my severe asthma.
