Everything was comfy in a superb location, and the pool area was kept in top shape.

The location was fine, but they claimed breakfast was included when it wasn’t; we had to pay for it and end up eating elsewhere, which wasn’t planned.

The lake view was gorgeous and the place was in the heart of town, within walking distance of shops; I finally got internet by grabbing the front‑desk password. Unfortunately, room 204 had no Wi‑Fi, so it felt like a motel in the annex, the TV didn’t work because of the lack of connection, and breakfast was very basic—boiled eggs were rubbery, as if frozen then thawed. A resort fee was added but I couldn’t tell what it covered, and the parking situation was unclear; the “Chateau associations” seemed a bit contrived.
