“Mauvaise expérience. La ville de Palerme n’est pas très propre.”

The room was clean when we arrived, but the street was noisy with overflowing trash containers in front of the building. We had no hot water for the shower twice, and another guest in a different room acted as if she owned the place, speaking loudly on the phone, leaving her door ajar, and using the shared kitchen. The bins were never emptied during our stay, and there was no on‑site supervision. We left before the end of our reservation.

“Superb comfy Appartment run by a brilliant host.”

The apartment is perfect for local amenities and Palermo, with lovely, well‑equipped furnishings and comfortable beds. Antonella, the host, was superb at helping us with a couple of personal issues and did everything she could. I would highly recommend it. There is nothing to dislike.

The location is quiet, the shared kitchen is very clean, tidy, and fully equipped. Nothing and nobody disturbed us. The landlord was exemplary and the accommodation is highly recommended. No complaints.

The owner was very good, and the room has air conditioning, a fridge, and Wi‑Fi. You can use the kitchen to make coffee with the espresso machine, and the capsules are refilled daily. The room is in the city center, close to the bus station and the train station – just a few minutes away. The main square is about a 15‑minute walk. I highly recommend this stay.

The host was very supportive and the place was clean. The sound insulation is poor, and the flat is split into several rooms.
